The conference concluded with an awards ceremony in which they celebrated their many offices’ across the company’s achievements. We are proud to share that this year’s prestigious ‘Office of the Year’ award, was once again awarded to PSG Wealth R21, based in Technopark.
In an interview with one of their directors, Elke Brink, it came to light that their office was also the first to win a collection of other awards, including the ‘Wealth Advisor of the Year’, and ‘Employee Benefits Practice of the Year’ – their fourth and 12th time winning these, respectively.
PSG consists of almost 270 adviser offices and close to 1,000 advisers, making this a notable achievement. Brink admits that the competition gets tougher each year, and expressed her gratitude for their office receiving these awards.
She believes that cultivating a good work environment, and building a strong team, has contributed to creating a winning office culture. They recently implemented a work-from-home day during the week to accommodate the needs of their employees. The added benefit of being situated in the beautiful Cape Winelands, has certainly helped.
This is a great achievement for the PSG Wealth R21 team, as they faced strong competition in all these divisions, and we are proud to have them amongst the successful businesses in Technopark.
